摘 要:作为我国经济的重要组成部分，中小型外贸企业在稳定经济、发展对外贸易、科技创新等方面所作出的贡献有目共睹，通过多年的努力我国还具有世界工厂的美名。但由于国际市场竞争激烈和中小型外贸企业在经营上存在的许多问题，限制着其生存发展，许多外贸企业，尤其是小型外贸企业被迫倒闭。企业经营管理战略关系到企业的命运，但是，目前许多中小型外贸企业没有意识到制定适合自己的经营管理战略的重要性。
中小型外贸企业的经营管理涉及到很多方面，本文在大量阅读了有关中小外贸企业相关问题和国外中小企业发展经验的资料的基础上，将解决中小型外贸企业经营中存在的问题作为出发点，着重分析研究了中小型外贸企业经营现状，揭示了中小型外贸企业所存在的问题，最后尝试着总结出一些列相应的对策。

ABSTRACT:As an important part of the economy，small and medium sized foreign trade enterprises have done a lot of contributions on stabilizing the economy, the development of foreign trade, technological innovation and other aspects, through years of efforts our country also has a reputation as the world's factory.However, due to fierce competition in the international market and any other problems that exist on the small and medium sized foreign trade enterprises in the business have been limited its survival and development,many foreign trade enterprises, especially small foreign trade enterprises were forced to close down. Enterprise management strategy is related to the fate of a company, but, at present many small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises didn't realize the importance of make the suitable management strategy.
Small and medium sized foreign trade enterprises involved in many aspects of business management, in this paper, a lot of research in the issues related to small and medium sized foreign trade enterprises and foreign experience in the development of small and medium-sized enterprises based on information, to solve business problems as a starting point, focused analysis of the operating status, reveals the problems, finally try to summarize some of the columns corresponding countermeasures.
