摘要: 本文通过层次分析法建立了中学教师教学质量评价体系的层次结构图，以学生的评价，专家组评价，教师之间的评价为教师评价的依据，确定各项指标的权重，建立数学模型。本数学模型简单，易懂易掌握，是可行的，为教师教学质量的评价提供了一个新方法。

Abstract:This paper analysis the hierarchical structure of the evaluation system of teaching quality of middle school teachers was established, to student evaluation, expert group evaluation, teacher evaluation between the teacher evaluation basis, establish mathematical model. The mathematical model is simple, easy to understand and master, is feasible, and provides a new method for the evaluation of teaching quality of teachers.
