摘要:蒙古族堪称马背民族，在漫长的历史长河中，蒙古族马文化与能征善战的蒙古民族一同载入史册。尽管历史悠久，群众基础良好，并占尽天时、地利、人和的优势，然而，从北京奥运会我国马术的表现来看，与世界强国差距仍然很大。赛马是蒙古族在游牧生活中形成的传统体育项目，代代流传至今不衰。在丰美的草原上，每逢喜庆节日，蒙古族牧民便举行赛马比赛，使赛马运动在牧区具有雄厚的群众基础。内蒙古马术对增强民族体质，改善民族素质等方面则可能会产生深远影响。因此，认真研究并积极推广内蒙古竞速马术对推进蒙古族传统体育文化国际化发展和全民健身的有效落实具有理想的现实意义和深刻历史意义。本文通过文献资料法、对比分析法、专家访谈法，从内蒙古马术与国际马术的来源、内蒙古马术与国际马术的服务体系和内蒙古马术与国际马术的竞赛目的与方法展开对比、分析，从历史文化、技术水平、发展现状等做比较，分析内蒙古马术的自身优势。以及与国际马术存在的差距，以期为内蒙古竞速马术的国际化发展提供建设性意见。

ABSTRACT:Mongolian is called horseback nationality. In the long history, the horse culture and fighting have been signed in the Mongolian history. Although it has a good basis and has a lot of advantages of the good timing, geographical convenience and good human relations, from the equestrian performance of Beijing Olympic Games, we can see that there is also a big distance to the world. Horse race is a traditional sport program, which is formed during the pasturing area. It is developed from generation to generation and it is also very popular today. On the rich grassland, there will be a horse race, which is held by the Mongolian herders, when festivals coming. It makes the horse sport have a rich mass foundation in pasturing area. Horse racing of Inner Mongolia has a big influence of increasing the nationality constitution and improving nationality quality, and other sides. So a carefully research and positively popularizing of the horse race can have the both realism and historical meaning of popularizing Mongolian traditional sport to the international development. This thesis uses the questionnaire method, comparison and expert interview method, compares and analyzes from the source, service system, purpose and method between Inner Mongolian horse race and the international horse race. From making the comparison from historical culture, technique standard and the status of development, to analyze the Mongolian horse race’s advantages. As there is a distance from the international horse race, this thesis expects to give some constructive advices to make the Mongolian horse race can have a international development.
