摘要:高校教师的体质健康状况，不仅影响其自身的生活质量和工作成就，而且对大学生身心健康的发展也有着极其重要的影响。高校教师担负着培养高层次建设者和接班人的历史使命。XX学院是XX州唯一的一所大学，肩负着为XX州培养和输送高层次文化事业人才的重要使命。因此XX学院音乐学院教师体质的好与坏直接影响了XX州文化事业的发展与下一代文艺人才的培养。合格的高校教师除了应具有无私奉献的敬业精神、良好的职业道德外,还应具备健康的体魄。本研究通过文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法以及数理统计法，对XX学院音乐学院教师体质状况进行调查分析，得出XX学院音乐学院大部分教师身体状况处于亚健康状态，且参与体育运动偏少。影响XX学院音乐学院教师不能够积极参加体育锻炼健身活动的原因有：大部分教师没有形成稳定的运动情感，导致参与运动的随意性较大；可自由支配的时间太少，限制了运动参与的次数；较多老师以运动量不大，较为简单的运动项目为锻炼项目，在一定程度上降低了运动效果；运动健身知识的缺乏和场地的不足也是影响教师参与运动健身的重要因素。

ABSTRACT:The physical health of university teachers, affecting not just their quality of life and working achievement, and the development of the physical and mental health of college students has extremely important influence on. Cultivating high-level university teachers' shoulders the historical mission of builders and successors. Honghe college is the only a honghe university, has the responsibility to honghe cultivation and conveying high-level cultural undertakings talent's important mission. Therefore the honghe university music college teachers' good with bad directly influenced the cultural development of honghe with next-generation literary talents. Qualified college teachers should have selfless dedication except the respect-work spirit, good professional morality outside, still should have healthy body. The study, by consulting relevant documents, interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, music college teachers to the honghe university physical conditions, it is concluded that the investigation and analysis of the honghe university music college physical condition most of the teachers for the lower level of sub-health, their participation in sports inadequate. Influence music college teachers not to the honghe university to take an active part in physical exercise fitness activities reasons are: most of the teachers did not form a stable movement, lead to participate in the movement of the emotional equalitarian; Discretionary time is too little, limiting the number of sports participation; More teachers to carry momentum is not big, relatively simple sports for exercise program, in certain degree reduced athletic effect; Sports fitness lack of knowledge and site cuts are the teachers' participation in the sports fitness influence factor.
