摘要：一个发达的保险市场离不开成熟的保险经纪市场。随着我国经济的快速发展以及保险市场对外开放,保险市场竞争日趋激烈,这意味着我国保险经纪行业,以及其他保险中介行业必须放开脚步,全面、迅速地发展起来,才能更好的发挥自身的作用,促进我国保险业的健康有序发展。本文首先对保险经纪市场的相关理论进行了概述，然后详细分析了我国保险经纪市场的现状以及存在的问题，最后针对存在的问题的具体提出了健全保险经纪人从业人员管理制度和规范保险市场体系的建议。
