摘要：保险业发展的同时，负面的保险欺诈也与日俱增。保险欺诈不仅是由于人们的法制观念的和道德观念的缺失而造成的经济犯罪，同时还是我国的法律和保险制度的不完善而共同造成的。保险欺诈主要源自于投保人、被保险人和受益人的一方，表现形式层出不穷，而危害性也远远比人们认为的要大得多，大多数人认为只是对保险公司造成损害，损失点钱，但实际不仅影响社会和谐，也危害其他投保人的利益，当然保险公司的利益也必受到损失，因此必须加强法制观念的宣传，预防保险欺诈。本文从投保人的不诚信问题出发，首先列出投保人保险欺诈的表现形式，然后分析其欺诈的原因及所造成的危害，最后提出作者自己的见解和对策。

Abstract:With the development of the insurance industry, the negative aspect: the number of insurance fraud is growing. Insurance fraud is not only caused by the loss of people’s legal sense and moral idea, but also caused by the imperfection of laws of our country and insurance systems. Insurance fraud mainly is due to applicants, the insured and beneficiary, and its performance emerging in an endless stream. The level of the harmfulness of insurance fraud is stronger than that people think. Most people think that insurance fraud just damages insurance company which may lose money. But in fact, insurance fraud affects the harmony of society, hurts other applicants’ profit and also harms the interests of insurance company. So, we must strengthen efforts to propaganda of legal sense to prevent insurance fraud. This article begins with the problem of the dishonesty of applicants. First I’ll list the kinds of applicants’ behaviors to cheat. Then I’ll analyze the reason of cheating and explain how harmful the insurance fraud is. Last I’ll raise the way to deal with insurance fraud in my opinion.
