摘要:2013年12月底,全国原保险保费收入17222.24亿元,同比增长11.2%,其中寿险公司原保险保费收入10740.93亿元,同比增长7.86%。保险行业实现在我国寿险市场高速发展的同时,大量中小型寿险保险企业成立,但正面临着严重的人才危机。现有保险人力资源问题与缺陷是:人员总量不足,人员结构失衡,人员流失严重。其原因是:初职员工未有明确的职业生涯定位;企业忠诚度低;保险公司在人才培训方面投入度不高,关注点有失偏颇;人才培训体系的结构不尽合理。为此,必须建立适合我国中小型寿险保险企业发展的保险从业人员从职业定位、培养、使用的良性机制。在人员培训上要建立长效、制式的培训机制;在人才使用上要人尽其才。改变我国寿险行业人力资源发展与管理的各种问题,从根本上解决寿险业永续发展的原动力。 关键词:初职员工 职业生涯定位 培训 中小寿险企业
Abstract: By the end of December 2013, the national premium income 1.722224 trillion yuan, an increase of 11.2%, the original insurance premium income of life insurance companies 1.074093 trillion yuan, an increase of 7.86%. The insurance industry had rapid development in China's life insurance market, while a large number of small and medium enterprises life insurance established but they are facing a serious talent crisis. Existing insurance human resources issues and defects are: total lack of personnel, personnel structural imbalance, severe attrition. The reason: the early recruits no clear career orientation; low corporate loyalty; insurance companies invest in personnel training is not high, the focus is biased; structure training system is not rational. Therefore, we must build for China's small and medium enterprise development, life insurance insurance practitioners from professional orientation, training, a good mechanism to use. Personnel training got to establish long-lasting, standard training mechanisms; want to make the best use of the talent. Change the various problems of China's life insurance industry on human resource development and management, to resolve the driving force behind sustainable development for all of the life insurance industry.
