摘要：物流信息化是现代物流的灵魂，是现代物流发展的一块重要基石。如今，“信息化”与“标准化”一样，是当今物流科技中不可或缺的两大关键技术，它代表着一个国家现代物流水平在随着国际贸易的深入发展和配套物流的循序渐进而不断发展，总而言之，“信息化”这个词语在物流领域里已深入人心。当下，国际贸易的发展促进了物流业的蓬勃向上，同时物流业信息化管理水平也反过来在直接影响着跨国贸易的数量和质量，由此可见，在现在以及未来的经济发展中，企业物流信息化水平的高低完全可以决定一个企业是否具有美好的未来。本论文意在以我国中小物流企业的代表——“青岛海尔物流公司”为例，通过其信息化管理中存在的问题和如何解决这些问题来进行深入的探讨。

ABSTRACT：Logistics information is the soul of modern logistics, modern logistics is an important cornerstone of the development.
