摘要：我国加入WTO后，汽车市场进一步扩大，我国汽车发展呈现出欣欣向荣的景象，这归功于在加入WTO后，国家为鼓励汽车出口，出台了各种政策引领汽车行业发展，在财政、信贷给与相当大的支持，这些政策给我国汽车行业发展提供了强有力的保障。
金融危机以后，全球的汽车行业衰退，世界主要的汽车生产商受到很大的打击，资金不足，人才流失，市场疲软。在这样的大环境下，我国汽车行业也面临着很大的挑战，也伴随着发展的机遇。
次贷危机后，我国经济环境相对较好，新资金的流入，新技术的引进，人才的引入，促进了我国汽车行业的产业结构的调整，为我国汽车的发展奠定了良好的基础，使得我国汽车行业在金融危机后，能够得到快速的发展。
但是，我国汽车行业崛起的同时，不免还存在着许多问题，这些问题制约着我国汽车行业对外出口，我们必须在实践当中解决这些问题，从而使得我国汽车在国际市场上站住脚，真正的走向世界。

我国汽车行业正处于转型时期，面临金融危机给予我们的挑战和机遇，如何发展我国汽车行业是近几年探讨的热门话题，作为我国支柱产业之一，汽车行业拉动着上下游产业的发展，只有做好汽车产业发展和出口，才能给我国其他产业做好榜样，我国汽车行业只有不断的完善自己，改变落后的发展观，不断的创新技术，积极参与到国际竞争当中，才能认清我国汽车行业与国际汽车行业之间的差距，更好的认识到自身不足，并且也要注重汽车安全性能的提高，随着汽车生产越来越人性化，安全性能和汽车舒适度、车内设计都会成为消费者的购买动机，促进我国汽车企业不断改善，才能让我国汽车在国际市场上找到自身优势，成为汽车出口大国。在我国汽车出口兴旺的形势中，也要看到存在的危机。我国汽车行业应加大研发力度，促进新能源汽车出口，重视产品质量和品牌建设，积极拓展适合现阶段的多元化海外市场，规范出口秩序、抑制恶性竞争等。我国汽车出口已经发展到了一个重要的关口，只有保持清醒的认识，制定合理的出口策略，才能更好的促进我国汽车出口的发
展。
新能源汽车是未来汽车发展的主体，我国汽车企业应当加快新能源汽车的研发、创新，伴随着气候变暖、环境恶化、能源紧张等方面的压力不断加大，未来的汽车市场将以更节能、更环保、更安全为主要竞争焦点，以节能和环保技术为代表的新一轮汽车技术变革正在世界各地酝酿并发展。清洁能源、环保动力的汽车，势必成为未来汽车月国务院发布的《国家中长期科学和技术发展规划纲要》，将低能耗与新能源汽车和氢能及燃料电池技术分别列入优先主题和前沿技术。因此，发展节能与新能源汽车始终是国家科技战略。
