摘要:本文通过对我国目前商业银行住房抵押贷款市场所存在的主要问题进行分析,提出解决这些问题的对策建议,最终达到健全商业银行住房抵押贷款市场、解决商业银行住房抵押贷款中所存在问题的目的。
