摘要:近年来,随着INTERNET的蓬勃发展,电子商务也在迅速崛起。阿里巴巴、淘宝网、卓越亚马逊、京东商城等电子商务网站的成功,向我们昭示了电子商务将会逐渐改变我们的生活消费习惯。在经济全球化的今天,人们可以买到很多在国内买不到的产品或者比国内价格便宜的外国商品,这些都是电子商务发展的结果。这说明了电子商务的迅速发展给国际商品、服务贸易的发展带来了深远的影响。随着世界经济一体化、全球化进程的加快,贸易信息电子化以及电子商务的应用愈来愈成为国家和企业与国际环境接轨的重要方式。电子商务凭借其降低交易成本、提高交易效率、缩短汇款时间、扩大销售范围等特点得到了越来越多人的认同。在这种背景下,电子商务的发展必然为中国与东盟各国的贸易提供了良好的契机。

   本文通过对云南鲜切花的电子商务贸易出口的分析研究,探讨电子商务贸易过程中的优势及存在的问题,并就出现的问题提出相应的应对策略,既可促进加快云南鲜切花电子商务贸易的发展,也可为探索中国与东盟各国发展电子商务贸易化进程提供思路与借鉴。

Abstract:In recent years, with the development of the INTERNET, e-commerce is rapidly rising. The success of e-commerce site Alibaba, Taobao, Amazon, Jingdong Mall and other,to reveal to us the e-commerce will gradually change our consumption habits. Today of the Economic globalization, people can buy a lot of products from foreign that can’t buy in the domestic, and you can buy cheaper foreign goods than the domestic , these are the results of e-commerce development. This shows that the rapid development of e-commerce has brought far-reaching effects for development of international goods, trade in services. With the development of the world economic integration and globalization, trade information electronically and e-commerce application is an important way that countries and companies contact with international environmental. E-commerce is accepted by more and more people because it have many advantages, such as lower transaction costs, higher transaction efficiency, shorten the transfer time, expand the scope of sales and so on. In this context, the uses of electronic provide a good opportunity for the trade between China and ASEAN countries.

   In this paper, the analysis of e-commerce trade exports of cut flowers in Yunnan, to explore the advantages and problems of e-commerce course of trade, and propose appropriate solutions. Then, it is not only promote the development of Yunnan’s fresh cutting flower e-commerce trade, but also to explore China and ASEAN countries in developing e-commerce trade process to provide ideas and reference.
