摘要:本文从企业融资理论入手，阐述了我国科技型中小企业的融资现状。由于科技型中小企业具有高投入、高风险与高收益并存的特点，依靠政府资金无法满足其高投入的需要，而传统银行信贷投入又无法承受其的高风险性，导致大量科技成果难以实现产业化限制成长，而大量的金融资本和民间资本又缺乏合适的投资渠道和方法无法得以充分利用，所以造成了科技型中小企业普遍融资困难。针对科技型中小企业融资困难的发展瓶颈问题，研究了怎样使科技型中小企业的融资渠道更加科学化，系统化。根据对企业自身结构和宏观环境的研究分析，在结合科技型中小企业融资困境的基础上，提出了改善科技型中小企业融资的宏观政策环境、完善科技型中小企业外部融资体系、增强科技型中小企业内在融资能力、健全科技型中小企业信用担保体系的方案来应对融资困境。旨在于通过深入研究制约科技型中小企业融资的原因，寻求和探索现代经济体制下，如何为其提供有利于创新、拓展的融资渠道和保障，从而有效地促进我们未来经济保持活力和持续的增长。

Abstract:This article elaborated science and technology small and medium-sized enterprise financing present situation in our country from the enterprise financing theory. Because science and technology small and medium-sized enterprise has the high investment, high risk and high income ,government funding, is unable to meet its high investment needs. The traditional bank credit investment is unable to withstand the high risk, resulting in a large number of scientific and technological achievements to realize the industrialization of restricted growth.A large number of financial capital and private capital is lack of suitable investment channels and methods can not fully utilized,resulting in small and medium sized enterprises financing difficulties in general.
According to the science and technology small and medium-sized enterprise financing difficult problem in development, this article study how to make science and technology oriented small and medium sized enterprises financing channels more scientific, systematic.According to their own structure and macroscopic environment analysis, in combination with science and technology financing dilemma of small and medium-sized enterprises, put forward to improving the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises macro policy environment, improve the science and technology small and medium-sized enterprise financing in small and medium-sized enterprises, strengthening internal financing ability, science and technology oriented small and medium sized enterprise credit guarantee system scheme to deal with the financing difficulties. Through in-depth study of restrict scientific style small and medium enterprise financing reasons, to seek and explore the modern economic system, provide conducive to innovation, expand financing channels and security, so as to effectively promote our future economic vitality and sustainable growth.
