摘要:国际经济竞争日趋激烈，在中国的技术创新浪潮中，技术创新已经成为顺德家电企业发展的着力点之一，金融支持与企业技术创新间的相互促进作用也日益凸显。而顺德家电企业技术创新中金融支持的现状反映出的一些问题，会直接影响其家电企业今后的发展。因此，本文将从分析技术创新与金融支持间的关系角度出发，结合相关数据和实际情况，对顺德家电企业技术创新中金融支持的现状进行分析，找出存在的问题，提出调整资金来源结构并增加对研发人才的资金投入、完善人才激励机制、继续引导企业技术创新与市场需求相贴合、完善财税政策、加强相关的行业社会服务建设和健全社会技术创新与金融体系合作机制等六项发展对策。

Abstract:With the increasing international competition and the development of technological innovation in China, technological innovation has become one of the necessary points in the development of Shunde household electrical appliance enterprises. And the financial support effect to enterprise technology innovation has become prominently. But there are some problems of financial support for Shunde household electrical appliance enterprises, which will directly affect the future development of it. Therefore, in this paper, it list the relations between financial support and enterprises technological innovation, combined the relevant data with the actual situation to analyze its present situation of Shunde household electrical appliance enterprises technological innovation financial support, and put forward six development countermeasures as follows: proposes to increase funding for R&D personnel, improve the R&D personnel incentive mechanism, appropriate adjustments to the structure of the financial support, continue to guide the technical innovation to fit market demand with financial support, improve fiscal and tax policies and strengthen social technical innovation and financial system cooperation mechanism.
