摘要:近几年来，绿色壁垒已经成为广东农产品出口贸易的一大障碍，对广东农产品出口已构成巨大的压力和严峻的挑战。广东省农产品贸易在对外贸易中占有重要地位，因此，在面对新一轮的贸易保护倾向的前提下，必须要对广东农产品出口贸易中绿色壁垒问题进行深入的研究，从而突破绿色壁垒，扩大广东农产品出口，使出口农产品在国际竞争中赢得优势。本文首先进行绿色壁垒的理论概述，结合广东农产品的出口现状介绍绿色壁垒的表现形式，在此基础上进一步分析广东农产品的出口现状，深入分析绿色壁垒对广东农产品的影响，这些分析主要通过大量的案例和农产品出口数量的变化来量化测定，据以了解绿色壁垒对广东农产品出口带来的影响。最后，在分析广东农产品在不同方面遭遇绿色壁垒的影响和原因后，提出打破绿色壁垒，促进广东省农产品出口行业健康发展的政策措施。

Abstract:In recent years, the green barriers has become a major obstacle in the export trade of agricultural products in Guangdong, the Guangdong agricultural exports have constituted tremendous pressure and severe challenges. Guangdong Province agricultural trade in the foreign trade plays an important role, in the face of the tendency of the new round of trade protection under the premise Guangdong green barriers in the export trade of agricultural products, in-depth to break through the green barriers, expansion of Guangdong's exports of agricultural products, exports of agricultural products to gain advantages in international competition. This article first theoretical overview of the green barrier, combined with the current situation of Guangdong's exports of agricultural products on the green barriers manifestations, further analysis of the status quo of Guangdong's exports of agricultural products ,in-depth analysis of the impact of green barriers on agricultural products and on this basis, these analyzes by case and the changes in the number of agricultural exports to quantify the green barriers in order to understand the impact of agricultural exports in Guangdong Finally, the analysis of agricultural products and experienced in different aspects of green barriers and reasons put forward to break the green barriers, promote the healthy development of policies and measures for the export of agricultural products industry in Guangdong Province.
