摘要:中小企业在扩大就业、活跃市场、稳定社会和国民经济结构布局等方面起着难以替代的作用，但中小企业融资难问题已经成为限制中小企业发展的一个最重要的因素。随着国际贸易形式的变化、国内产业升级、转移和通胀的加快，生产制造业已面临有史以来最大的挑战；为让“中国制造业”能可持续健康发展，一种全新的基于供应链金融一体化服务成为中国中小制造企业降低成本，规避风险的一大法宝。
目前提供供应链金融服务的机构主要是商业银行，而私营企业介入少。深圳市骏海威供应链管理有限公司立足供应链，通过商流、物流、信息流及资金流，四流于一体的运营模式，提供客户直接、专业、高效的一站式金融服务。文章通过骏海威供应链金融服务的开展流程及模式的分析启示，探讨我国供应链金融服务发展的发展前景，提出提高发展供应链金融服务意识，加强供应链金融服务的风险管理以及建立与供应链金融服务相适应的组织机构和管理体制的对策建议。

Abstract:Small—and—medium sized enterprises play an irreplaceable role in aspect of employment expansion-market activity，social stability and economic structural layout．The difficulty of financing became all important factor to limit the development of small—and—medium sized enterprises．Due to the changes in international trading, the need to improve efficiency of domestic industries and the acceleration of inflation, the manufacturing industry in China now faces the greatest challenge in its recent history. In order to maintain the profitability of products “Made in China”, our supply chain based integrated financial services becoming a valuable tool for all Chinese manufacturing industries in decreasing cost and reducing risk.
