摘要：随着中国经济的高速发展，中国的快递行业也得以迅速发展。作为中国最大的国有快递企业，中国邮政速递物流与国内同行相比，具有无法比拟的资源优势，但同时也存在着管理体制上的缺陷，随着中国加入世贸组织后，外国的快递企业纷纷登陆中国，并利用其丰富的经验与雄厚的资金迅速占领了国内的快递市场，与此同时国内的民营快递企业的崛起也给予邮政速递巨大的压力，那么邮政物流该如何继续保持国内的龙头地位？本文将通过对邮政物流的现状进行分析，对邮政物流的发展给予更好的发展建议

中国邮政速递的核心竞争力在于其雄厚的资本、信誉以及先进的设备与交通网络。然而，却忽略了企业的服务质量的重要性，要改善企业的整体经营，不能光靠一个地区公司的努力，而是靠全国邮政速递物流公司共同努力形成合力。要保证中国邮政速递物流宏大的发展目标得以全面的落实，就要增强全面执行力，形成一个整体，管到关键点上。从一开始就建立非常严格的规章制度，并严格执行。进一步转变观念，解放思想，大胆实践，创造经验。毫不动摇地加快中国邮政速递物流快货业务的发展步伐，保持住发展势头，才能做大做强中国邮政速递物流。
通过对本文的写作之后，我才发现自己在专业知识方面还认识还不够深入透彻，所以写出来的文章也是没有那么的具体，不过从这次的论文写作中我体会到了很多，让我自己学到了很多专业课程以外的知识，也让自己得到了进一步的锻炼及提升，虽然四年大学生活匆匆过去，但是给我留下了许许多多的重要回忆。希望我能通过这一篇“中国邮政速递物流的现状分析及发展建议”来更多的人了解到当今快递物流行业的发展现状和发展的趋势，也为我将来进入快递物流行业做好相应的准备。
