摘要:中小企业在促进市场竞争、增进市场活力、推进技术创新、特别是在提供就业机会等方面具有不可替代的作用，从目前各国的情况看，无论发达国家还是发展中国家，中小企业都是经济发展和社会稳定的重要支柱。因此，各国政府都十分重视中小企业的发展。由于银行高度商业化以及中小企业自身的缺陷，中小企业融资难是世界性课题。比较而言，在西方国家这是一种较为单纯的经济运行中的问题，而我国中小企业不仅会遇到由经济运行本身所带来问题，而且还会遇到经济体制制约因素和缺乏基本金融原则所带来的不利影响，因此，中小企业的融资问题在我国表现得更为复杂。在我国经济发展中，小企业利用各种社会资源，动员各方面的社会力量，形成了与专业市场紧密结合的区域规模经济，也为社会提供了较多的就业机会，可见中小企业对我国经济增长和社会发展起到了举足轻重的作用。企业的生产经营活动离不开资金的推动和维持，虽然生产力生产规模的扩大，企业对融资的要求也越来越高。能否获得稳定的资金源对企业的发展至关重要。然而中小企业却面临着融资的困难，资金的紧缺阻碍了中小企业的发展。
在此背景下，本文以PCH有限公司深圳分公司为例，希望通过对中小企业融资状况的分析，揭示造成我国中小企业融资难的原因，并提出相关的解决方法。

Abstract:Most small-medium enterprises have great function in promoting the market competition， improving the market's vigor， pushing forward the technological renovation， and especially in the aspect of providing the employment opportunity， and which cannot be replaced。 According to the backgrounds in most counties， not only the developed ones but also the developing ones in which the small-medium enterprises are the essential mainstays In economy development and society stability。 Therefore， the governments in every country pay great attention to the development of the small-medium enterprises。 But due to the highly-commercialized banks and the self-defects of their own， the financing problems for small-medium enterprises has become the world topics。 Comparatively speaking， this is a relatively pure problem in economic activities in western countries。 While in China， the small-medium enterprises will not only be faced with the problems from the economic activities itself but also the unfavorable effects due to the restricted the economy system and lacking of basic finance regulations。 Therefore the financing problems of the small-medium enterprises turn out to be more complex。 Under such condition， the essay hope to reveal the causes which mad e the small-medium enterprises difficult in financing by analys is on the present financing status of the medium and small enterprises， and to raise the suitable methods to solve the problems。
