摘要:随着商品经济的发展,餐饮企业也得到迅速的发展。发展的同时,竞争也越来越激烈。深圳是一个餐饮业发展迅速的大城市,有着良好的餐饮发展机遇。深圳小肥羊是内蒙古小肥羊旗下的分公司,有着国内生产规模最大、技术水平领先的羊肉加工,在餐饮企业竞争中具有优势。
针对深圳小肥羊餐饮连锁有限公司需提高销售业绩的问题。本文通过分析企业现有的促销策略、SWOT分析,从而制定出合适的促销策略,主要的促销策略有广告、人员促销组合,销售促进、广告组合,广告、销售促进和人员推销组合,广告、销售促进和公共关系组合。这些策略对企业的销售有着积极的影响,大大提高了深圳小肥羊的销售业绩,为企业的发展提供了方向。
