摘要:信用卡作为一种非现金交易的付款方式，不单单是简单的信贷方式，更重要的是未来消费、结算的发展方向。信用卡业务在现在社会具有很大的发展潜力。
金融危机的爆发和美国的信用卡危机的显现，将信用卡业务的风险问题显现出来。而无锡正处在信用卡快速发展、走向成熟的阶段，相关问题和矛盾在使用的同时也越来越突出，急需解决。本文通过调查问卷，分析无锡信用卡业务的使用现状，找出银行信用卡业务存在的相关问题，例如：持卡对象良莠不齐、风险层出不穷、法律保护不完善等。根据存在问题，提出合理的建议与策略。

Abstract:Credit card as a non-cash transaction payment, is not only a simple credit, more important is the development direction of future consumption, settlement. The credit card business in today's society has great potential for development.
The outbreak of the financial crisis and the United States of America's credit card crisis looming, the risk of credit card business problems show. Wuxi is in the rapid development of credit card, the maturity stage, the related problems and contradictions are in use at the same time more serious, urgent. In this paper, through the questionnaire, analysis of the current situation of the use of Wuxi credit card business, and find out the related problems, the credit card business is uneven, some good and some bad, for example: credit card risk emerge in an endless stream object, legal protection is not perfect. 本文研究的主要问题是无锡市银行信用卡使用现状、问题及相应对策。本文拟重点从以下几个方面着手进行探讨：首先设计并进行调查问卷，接着结合调查问卷分析无锡地区信用卡使用现状，然后分析当前信用卡使用中存在的问题，最后针对归纳出的问题，提出相应的对策及建议。希望通过本次研究，发现和找出无锡信用卡业务使用中的弊端和不利因素，为无锡信用卡产业未来的发展提供理论基础。
