摘要:农村土地股份合作社是指在明确农村土地集体所有权、稳定农户家庭承包权、搞活土地使用权的基础上，由有经济实力的大户、集体经济组织或投资于农业的工商企业发起，将农户的承包土地或集体所有的用地，联合资金、设备、技术等其他生产要素量化入股；按照自愿原则组成利益共享、风险共担的股份合作制农业企业。
