摘要:当今时代，环境问题日益突出，节能减排，大力发展绿色产业已经成为全世界都亟需考虑的问题，商业银行作为国民经济重要的参与者也是责无旁贷。在国家大力推广绿色产业，制定各种战略措施的契机下，泰州商业银行推出了绿色信贷业务来扶植绿色产业的发展，提高了绿色产业发展的综合效率，在转变经济增长方式和实现产业转型等方面发挥了不可替代的作用。但是绿色信贷业务体系到目前为止还不是很成熟，主要表现在商业银行对绿色信贷的认识不足，信息的时效性不强，相关政策和法律法规的不完善，社会责任意识淡薄,绿色信贷相关标准的可操作性不强，绿色信贷人才的不足以及绿色信贷审批难度大、成本高等。通过对国内外商业银行绿色信贷发展现状研究和经验总结，泰州商业银行应该从健全法律保护机制，完善约束监督机制，以及加强国内外合作等方面绿色信贷体系进行完善，使之更好的服务于绿色产业发展。

Abstract:Today，environmental issues have become increasingly prominent，energy conservation and developing green industry have become the issue all world need to consider，commercial banks of Taizhou as an important participant of the national economy is also duty-bound. Taking the opportunity that our country promotes the green industry and develop strategic measures， commercial banks of Taizhou introduce a green credit business to nurture the development of the green industry. It helps improve the overall efficiency of the green industry development，and plays an irreplaceable role in changing the mode of economic growth and achieving industrial restructuring. But green credit business system so far is not very mature，mainly manifested in the lack of knowledge of the commercial banks on the green credit，the timeliness of the information is not strong，related policies and laws and regulations are incomplete，a weak sense of social responsibility，the green credit standards operability is not strong，lack of green credit talents，credit approval process is difficult and high cost.By the summary of the research and experience of the development status of domestic and foreign commercial banks green credit，I think we should improve the legal protection mechanism，improve the constraint supervision mechanism，as well as to strengthen domestic and international cooperation to improve the green credit system，making it better serve the development of green industry.
