摘要:中国不仅是世界上人口规模最大的国家，而且老龄化现象严重，养老问题日益突出，发展养老产业势在必行。南京作为国家一级大城市，也早早步入老龄化阶段，养老产业繁多，而养老产业的发展需要资金的大力支持，因此对于研究养老产业金融支持意义重大。
本文通过文献研究，统计数据分析，结合对南京市养老产业金融支持现状的实地调查，得出目前南京养老产业金融支持仍存在许多问题：服务成本费用高；信贷管理模式落后；金融支持手段单一；养老保险法律落后等等。为解决这一系列问题，结合国外经验，分析日本，巴西，德国的养老产业金融支持方式，根据南京自身现状，给予政府需加强政策支持、金融产品需创新、要完善养老保险监督体系、建立明确投资方向等建议，以完善南京市养老产业金融支持的不足。
