摘要:金融业集聚是促进金融业发展，提升金融企业竞争力的有效途径。目前上海市金融业集聚已初步显现，但集聚程度不高。金融业层次较低，具体表现在金融中心城市对金融机构、金融人才、金融业务等金融资源的聚合能力不够强，距离把上海建成国际金融中心的目标还十分遥远。在我国经济稳定增长的背景下，如何促进上海金融业集聚，并由此促成金融业成长，形成金融业集聚区，是上海成为国际金融中心至关重要的一大问题。本文从理论、经验和现实三个方面研究上海金融业集聚区发展问题。主要包括以下五个部分：第一部分为绪论，介绍了研究的背景、目的意义、研究思路和研究方法。第二部分是理论基础，主要是概念的界定及国内外金融集聚研究文献综述。第三部分以SWOT分析方法，综合概括上海目前的优势、劣势以及面临的挑战和机遇。第四部分是纽约、伦敦、东京三大国际金融中心金融业集聚区发展的成功经验。第五部分在前文基础上提出上海金融业集聚区发展的对策建议。

Abstract:The financial industry agglomeration is to promote the development of financial industry, effective way to enhance the financial competitiveness of enterprises. At present Shanghai financial industry agglomeration has been initially apparent, but the degree of concentration is not high. The financial industry level is relatively low, specific performance in the financial center city polymerization ability of financial institutions, financial professionals, financial business and financial resource is not strong enough, the distance to build Shanghai into an international financial center goal is still very far away. In the steady growth of China's economy, how to promote the Shanghai financial industry agglomeration, and thus contribute to the financial industry development, financial industry agglomeration district, Shanghai has become a crucial issue of international financial center. This paper studies problems of the financial industry in Shanghai from three aspects of theory, experience and practical development gathering area. It mainly includes the following five parts: the first part is the introduction, introduces the research background, purpose and significance, research ideas and research methods. The second part is the theoretical basis, mainly to define the concept and the domestic and foreign financial agglomeration literature review. In the third part, SWOT analysis, summarized in Shanghai facing current strengths, weaknesses and opportunities and challenges. The fourth part is the successful experience of New York, London, Tokyo, three major international financial centre, financial industry agglomeration district development. Countermeasures of the fifth part of this paper is put forward on the basis of Shanghai financial industry agglomeration district development.
