摘要:随着世界经济的高速发展，气候变化问题也越来越受到人们的关注，而碳金融则是作为一种新型的解决气候变化问题的金融形式出现，它被认为有着广阔的发展前景，在未来全球金融博弈中扮演至关重要的角色。当然，发展碳金融也是我国转变经济增长方式和建设“两型”社会的必然要求。而我国最发达的城市之一----上海，作为一个国际金融中心与全球性的金融中心相比，差距还比较大，因而更应该抓住碳金融所带来的发展机遇，努力把碳金融作为一个发展契机，提升上海金融中心的国际地位。
本文首先介绍了上海发展碳金融的现状，通过这些现状进行了SWOT分析，列出了上海碳金融发展的优势、劣势、机会和威胁，然后列出了主要的问题，并针对这些问题分析了上海碳金融发展的制约因素，然后据此提出相关的研究对策。

Abstract:With the rapid development of the world economy ,climate change is also more and more attention ,and carbon finance is emerging as a new solution to the issue of climate change finance form ,it is thought to have the broad prospects for development ,in global financial game play an important future role .Of course ,the necessity for the development of carbon finance is also China`s changing the mode of economic growth and the construction of “two types society”. One of china`s most developed city--- Shanghai ,as an international financial center ,compared with a global financial center ,the gap is still relatively large ,so it should seize the development opportunities brought about by the carbon finance , carbon finance to take as a development opportunity , enhance the international status of Shanghai financial center.
This paper mainly introduces the present situation of Shanghai on the development of carbon finance ,analysis of factors restricting the development of carbon finance in Shanghai ,and some problems ,and put forward my own path to solve the relevant methods and research to solve these problems.
