摘要:通过对南通市设施农业发展情况的广泛调研及实地考察，分析南通市设施农业发展的现状和存在的问题。针对南通市目前设施农业发展不平衡、设施农业产业化与专业化程度较低、设施农业栽培技术水平与技术含量较低以及设施农产品质量还不能完全达到无公害食品要求等四大问题，依据当地都市农业建设的要求和设施农业发展的趋势，从设施标准化、装备本地化、品种专用化人员专业化、技术科学化等方面探讨提升南通市设施农业科技水平及持续发展的对策。

Abstract:Based on the wide investigation and on-site inspection of the specific situation of the facility agriculture inNantong City ，the presentsituation and the problems had been analyzed in the paper.In nantong at present facility agriculture development imbalance, low degree of agricultural industrialization and specialization, facilities as well as agricultural cultivation technology level with low technology content and facilities of agricultural products quality also cannot completely meet the requirements of the pollution-free food and so on four big problems, according to the requirements of the local urban agriculture construction and the trend of the development of the facilities agriculture, standardization from the facilities, equipment, varieties of specialty personnel specialization, localization technology scientific aspects promote nantong facility agricultural science and technology level is discussed and the countermeasures of sustainable development.

设施农业既是一种优质高效的生产新技术，又是一个富有活力和发展前景的农业新产业，更是一项发展现代农业、统筹城乡发展、全面建设小康社会的重要战略举措。目前，尽管南通市的设施农业还存在不少困难和问题，但是随着发展机制和相关政策的不断完善，工程装备和种养技术的不断发展，生产水平和经营水平的不断提高，必将推动南通市的设施农业向着高科技、高层次、高效益及规范化、智能化、系统化方向迈进，形成具有南通特色的设施设备条件及生产管理模式，成为寓生产、生态、生活于一体的现代农业综合体。
