摘要:近年来，随着科学技术的进步，市场经济发展迅速，企业之间的竞争愈演愈烈，企业间竞争力的决定性因素由传统的生产经营逐渐转变为高新技术的竞争，我国从二十世纪七十年代起，尝试建立高新产业园区，以提高生产技术水平和增强市场竞争力，到二十世纪八十年代全国各地蓬勃发展，从一九九一年开始，到二零一二年九月国家一共批准建立了一百零五个经济开发区，现在全国已建成二十七个高新技术产业园区，有武湖高新技术产业园区，中关村科技园，南京高新技术产业开发区，天津新技术产业园区等。从二零零五年以来更是提出建设“创新型国家”的奋斗目标。本论文选取了武湖高新技术产业园区，通过调查研究，分析了园区发展的概况、高新技术产业园区发展的现状，并分析了以及武湖高新技术产业园区在发展中出现的问题，尝试的探讨提高武湖高新技术产业园区发展的有效性途径与方法。

ABSTRACT:In recent years, with the progress of science and technology, the rapid development of market economy, the competition between enterprises becomes more and more serious,, the decisive factor of enterprise competitive ability by the traditional production management gradually transformed into high-tech competition, our country from the nineteen seventies, try to build high-tech industrial park, in order to improve the level of production technology and enhance market competitiveness until the nineteen eighties, thriving all over the country, the country now has built twenty-seven High-tech Industrial Park, Wu Lake Hi-tech Industrial Park, zhong guan cun science and Technology Park ,Nanjing hi-tech industrial Development zone, Tianjin New Technology Industrial park. In recent years it is proposed the construction of "innovative country" goal. And take this as the background, this thesis chooses the Wu Lake High-Tech Industrial Park, through the investigation and study, analyzes the development general situation, development of the park's high-tech industrial park, and analyzes and Wu Lake High-Tech Industrial Park in the development problems, tries to discuss the effective ways and methods of developing Wuhu Lake High-tech Industrial Park.
