摘要:随着社会的不断发展和全球产业集群的发展,产业集群对地区经济增长及区域竞争力的增强作用越来越明显，有很多的学者开始关注产业集群与区域竞争力的关系并且加以深入研究。本文结合重庆产业集群的实际状况，并对如何提高区域竞争力提出个人的看法。文章会对产业集群和区域竞争力的关系做出综述，说明产业集群带来的竞争优势，阐明产业集群是提高区域竞争力的最有效的模式。文章的后面是以重庆为例其他产业集群做比较，对它们的关系进行深入的分析。一个地方出现了产业集群的现象，那么这个地区必定会衍生出很多边缘产业群，随着这条产业链的发展，那么就会出现一个经济区，从而带动这个地方的经济发展，所以研究产业集群和区域竞争力的关系有利于重庆的经济发展。

ABSTRACT:With the continuous development of society and the global development of industrial clusters, the industrial cluster and regional competitiveness enhancement effect on regional economic growth is more and more obvious, there are many scholars begin to pay close attention to industrial cluster and regional competitiveness and to delve into the relationship. This article adopts the qualitative analysis of industrial cluster and regional competitiveness both relations. Combined with the actual status of the domestic industry cluster, this paper puts forward reasonable Suggestions, and put forward personal views on how to improve the regional competitiveness. At the beginning of the article will make a review on the relationship between the industrial cluster and regional competitiveness, the industrial cluster to bring competitive advantage, to clarify industrial cluster is one of the most effective to improve regional competitiveness model. Articles at the back of the industry cluster in chong qing as an example to other comparison, in-depth analysis on the relationship between the them. A place appeared the phenomenon of industrial cluster, then edge will derive a lot of industrial clusters in this area, with the development of this chain, then there will be a economic zone, thereby giving impetus to the economic development of this area, so the study of industrial cluster and regional competitiveness relations is conducive to economic development of countries and regions.
