摘要:随着全球低碳经济的不断发展，国际贸易中的碳规则越来越多，尤其是以法国、英国为代表的欧盟、美国、日本等发达国家实施量化减排政策以来，碳减排的要求由国内经济逐渐扩展到国际贸易，导致低碳贸易壁垒愈演愈烈。低碳贸易壁垒对我国的出口贸易和产业发展造成深远影响，对于低碳贸易壁垒作为影响国际贸易的一个长期因素，我国应该充分地认识这一点。在做好短期内应对低碳壁垒的同时，引进国外先进技术，支持国内建设；鼓励我国企业开拓进取，自主创新，推动企业发展，积极推进我国低碳经济的发展和产业转型，使我国的对外贸易在低碳时代获得更大的发展空间。文章就低碳贸易壁垒的发展趋势对我国对外贸易的影响这一问题提出了推动我国贸易发展的对策。

ABSTRACT:With the continuous development of world low-carbon economy, there are more and more carbon regulations, especially the European Union represented by France, Britain, the United States, Japan and other developed countries implement quantization carbon reducing policies, the requirement of reducing carbon gradually expands from domestic economy to international trade, which result in more and more strong low-carbon trade barriers. Low-carbon trade barriers have deep influence on China's export trade and industrial development. For low carbon trade barriers as a long-term factors influencing international trade, our country should fully recognize this point. In completes the short-term response, drawing into the foreign advanced technology, support domestic construction; encouraging Chinese enterprises to forge ahead, independent innovation, promote enterprise development, actively promote the development of low carbon economy in our country and industry transformation, and make China's foreign trade gain greater space for development in the era of low carbon. The thesis put forward the countermeasures to promote the development of trade in our country to the developing trends of low-carbon trade barriers on China's foreign trade influence.
