摘要:世界贸易组织的成立，极大的促进了国际贸易量的快速增长，促进了各国经济的发展。但是与此同时随着关税的降低、非关税贸易壁垒的减少等，各国在享受到利益的同时也大大削减了本国产业受到保护的程度，增加了本国产业受到的进口冲击风险。在此情况下，反倾销作为被世贸组织承认的缔约国用以抵制不公平贸易行为的一种措施，是WTO体系中被广泛运用于保护本国市场和国家利益的手段之一。据数据显示，近年来我国经济发展迅速，出口也在快速增长，但同时我国也已连续十多年成为全世界范围内遭受反倾销调查最多的国家，且调查趋势还在不断上升。特别是近年来，发展中国家对我国的反倾销形势愈演愈烈。这给我国出口企业的发展、我国对外贸易的长期稳定发展带来很大负面影响。
本文力图通过对发展中国家对华反倾销的过去以及现状进行分析，得出发展中国家对华反倾销的特点和原因，并在此基础上通过得出的特点、原因，结合所学的知识就存在的问题向政府、企业、行业协会应对发展中国家对华反倾销提出一些合理可行性建议。

ABSTRACT:The establishment of the WTO has greatly promoted the rapid growth of the international trade and has promoted the economic development of all countries. But at the same time as the reduced tariffs and non-tariff trade barriers such as, countries to enjoy the benefits at the same time also greatly reduced the extent of the protection of their own industries and increased the risk of the import economic impact to the domestic industry. In this case, the anti-dumping as a measure against unfair trade behavior by the WTO recognized, is one of the means of WTO system has been widely used to protect the domestic market and the interests of the state. According to statistics, China's economy has developed rapidly in recent years, exports also growing fast, but at the same time China has more than 10 consecutive years suffers the most anti-dumping investigations in worldwide than any other country, and the investigations trend is still raising. Especially in recent years, the developing countries to China's anti-dumping situation intensified. It has brought great negative effect to the development of China's export enterprises and the long-term stable development of China's foreign trade.
This article tries to through the analysis about the past and the present situation of anti-dumping in China form developing countries, concluded the traits and reasons of the developing countries anti-dumping against china, And on this basis, through the traits, reasons, combined with the knowledge has learned put forward some reasonable Suggestions to government and enterprise to deal with the problems of anti-dumping in developing countries.
