摘要:本文从国际贸易摩擦的相关概念和引发国际贸易摩擦的内外两个原因两个方面对国际贸易摩擦进行阐述。并且总结出国际贸易的发展中呈现出了遭遇贸易摩擦的数量增多、涉及产品的范围扩大等趋势。这阻碍了我国的外贸经济的发展、加大了对外贸易的风险、阻碍了我国的产业机构的升级调整。所以我们应该积极地采取措施应对国际贸易摩擦带来的不利影响。

ABSTRACT:This article expound international trade frictions from related conceptions ;inside and outside reasons which resulted into international trade friction. The characters of international trade friction is more frictions; more products and so on.And it has many bad influences to china international trade:hindering china international trade’s development;increasing the risks of international trade; obstructing the upgrade of china industrial structure.So we should take many kinds of measures to reacting the bad influences brough by international trade.

研究国际贸易摩擦有着非常重要的意义。中国在国际贸易中发生贸易摩擦的次数越来越多，这是一个国家在外贸经济发展中肯定会遇到的问题，也是中国和世界上的一些国家的矛盾和冲突在外贸经济领域上的一种表现。 其中就像美国，美国是当今世界最发达的国家，中国现在是最大的发展中国家，两国经贸关系直接影响到政治关系，当前巨大的差额已影响到两国正常的经贸关系，由此看来有必要对中国贸易中摩擦产生的原因进行系统全面地分析；此外，研究贸易摩擦的来源，也有利于我国在国际贸易以及在世界内的新一轮产业分工中认清自己的位置，依此进行相应的调整、制定相应的政策措施。因此，研究世界各国之间的贸易摩擦不仅有重大的理论学术意义，而且对我国的经济发展有非常重要的战略意义。
