摘要：国际金融危机所导致的全球贸易萎缩对我国出口企业产生了明显影响，加上贸易壁垒、成本上升及国外市场过度竞争等因素影响，使出口企业举步维艰。因此，在后金融危机时期，出口企业如何转型升级、提升竞争力成为当务之急。本文以我国的中小型出口企业为例，阐释我国出口企业的转型升级道路。

Abstract: The international finance crisis causes the global trade withered to Our country Exportation Enterprise has had the obvious influence, in addition the trade barrier, the cost rise and the foreign market competed excessively and so on the factor influences, caused the export enterprise to be hard to start.Therefore, in after financial crisis time, how the exportation enterprise reforms promotes, the promotion competitive power becomes the urgent matter.This article take our country's middle and small scale exportation enterprise as an example, explains Our country Exportation Enterprise the reforming promotion path.

此次金融危机最初是由美国“次贷危机”引发的，但是这次危机最为严重，与其他金融危机有着本质区别，当前的危机在一定意义上标志着以美元为全球储备基础之上的信贷扩张时代的终结，作为全球最大的消费品市场，美国市场在我国的出口市场中占有非常重要的地位，由美国次贷危机演变而来的金融危机已经使得美国经济衰退，引起了美国消费疲软，消费的抑制不可避免要影响到我国对美的出口，影响我国整体的出口贸易情况。
