摘要：“富不过三代”，曾是中国富商的宿命。怎样才能富过三代？这是中国家族企业的“成长的烦恼”，也是中国经济社会发展亟待破解的难题。通过溧阳水泥厂的矛盾案例分析，得到该家族式管理存在的优缺点。为了改善家族式管理，提高该水泥厂的经营效益，增强其风险抵御以及生存发展能力，提出相应的对策和解决办法,使得企业能够顺利传承下去，打破此富商的“富不过三代”的命运。

Abstract: Rich only three generations. who is the rich merchant’s destiny. How to rich three generationgs？This is the Chinese family enterprises" growing pains" and China’s economic and social development to be solved problems.Through the analysis of the contradiction case of Liyang cement factory, We can get a conclusion of the advantages and disadvantages of the family type management.We put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Solutions to improving the family type management and the cement plant’s operating efficiency. The cement plant will strengthen the risk defense and survival ability to smoothly pass. We can break the merchant" the rich but three generations" destiny.
