摘要： 近年来, 随着农业生产和农村经济的发展, 出现了秸秆相对过剩、随意焚烧的现象, 不仅污染环境, 危害群众健康,而且影响交通安全, 引起严重的社会问题。如何将这些秸秆变废为宝, 化害为利, 使其发挥最大的社会、经济和生态效益,已成为我国经济社会发展面临的重要问题。本文通过对当前南通海安地区农村秸秆处理方式及带来的危害的分析，研究了现今农村秸秆回收过程中存在的问题，通过研究，将废弃物逆向物流和秸秆回收相结合，提出秸秆回收的相关解决方案。

Abstract: In recent years, with agricultural production and rural economic development, there a relative surplus of straw, random burning of the phenomenon, not only pollute the environment, endanger the health of the masses, and the impact on traffic safety, causing serious social problems. How these straw waste into treasure, of harm into it to maximize the social, economic and ecological benefits, has become the important issues facing China's economic and social development. In this paper, the analysis of the current the Nantong MSC rural straw in the way and harm, problems in today's rural straw recycling process, through research, the combination of waste reverse logistics and straw recycling, raised straw recycling solutions.
