摘要:商业银行个人理财业务室以生命周期理论、现代资产组合理论、期权定价理论和金融创新理论为理论基础的商业银行中间业务。发展初期只是各个银行用来吸引客户和强化客户忠诚度的一种免费促销手段,并不是以盈利为目的。随着经济的快速发展,个人理财业务产品规模不断扩大,理财产品品牌化、系列化,产品设计以创新为理念趋向多样化。虽然个人理财业务在我国虽然起步较晚,但发展迅速,市场前景非常广阔。本文对国内商业银行近年来开展个人理财业务发展状况进行全面的分析,并借鉴国外银行开展的个人理财业务的先进经验,运用创新式思维方式,试图寻找出我国商业银行开展个人理财业务所在的问题,并针对问题提出一些适合我国商业银行发展个人理财业务的方法和策略。

On the domestic commercial banks in recent years to develop personal financial business development of a comprehensive analysis, and draw lessons from the foreign banks to develop the personal financial management business of the advanced experience, the use of innovative way of thinking, trying to find out the Commercial Bank of our country to develop personal financial business in question, and aims at the question to propose some suitable for the development of Chinese commercial banks personal finance business strategy and method.
