摘要：二十一世纪是信息化的时代，很多企业认识到电子商务给自身发展带来的机遇。由于有了成功企业的先行试水，使得后加入的企业有了一个很好的发展参考，沿着原有路径发展虽然能减少前期投资，但同时也存在着诸如交易的安全性、物流等问题，这些问题成为制约企业进一步发展的障碍。为了能继续发展，就需要摆脱原有发展路径，本文通过对路径依赖理论的理解，并对目前电子商务企业的发展方式进行分析，结合实际企业例子研究，探讨了现行发展模式的成因和必然性，分析了这种模式的局限性，对我国电子商务企业转变发展方式摆脱路径依赖的策略进行了初步研究。

【Abstract】：The 21st century is the era of information technology, Many enterprises realize that the electronic commerce brings development opportunity. The new enterprises imitate successful business to achieve better development. Use the initial model to development can reduce the upfront investment. But it also brings the transaction security, logistics and other issues. Therefore, we must get rid of the original model of development. This article from the path dependency theory perspective，analysis of the e-commerce development model in china. Discovered the limitations of the model by studying practical examples. Preliminary study, the Chinese e-commerce businesses to get rid of the method of path dependence.
