摘要：本文构建了一套区域智力资本的投入产出指标体系，并运用指标体系采用数据包络分析方法对江苏省的区域智力资本效率进行了评估。基于评估得分，对江苏省区域智力资本投入产出现状进行了研究，通过研究得出了区域智力资本投入产出效率不足的地区的改进建议。

Abstract: This paper constructs a set of output-input evaluation index system on regional intellectual capital.with this index system，it evaluates the effience of regional intellectual capital in JiangSu province. Based on those evaluation scores，it studies the output-input efficence of regional intellectual capital in JiangSu province.and it give some advice on how to improve the output-input effience in poor efficence regions.
