摘 要:现场管理既是企业管理的一个工作重点,也是一个难点。“6S”管理对于塑造最具有行业竞争力的企业、建设一流素质员工队伍方面有非常突出的作用,它的目标:提升企业的形象,提高安全水平,提高员工素质,提高员工的工作效率,进而增强企业的执行力和竞争力。6S管理是现场管理的一个有效管理工具,它已被有先见之明的人引进国内多年,并且在制造业、服务业等行业得到了很好的实践和论证。很多公司推行“6S”管理,旨在通过这些细微繁琐的动作,转变员工的行为习惯和观念,实现现场管理标准规范,库区、安全、物资摆放等常态标准化,进而建立良好的企业安全文化,实现企业目标。

   本文以XX大学一食堂为对象,开展6S管理和改善活动的应用研究。论文对6S管理基本理论论述、总结,阐述6S管理实施目的和作用。然后对一食堂之前的现场管理状况进行分析和阐述,得出XX大学一食堂实施6S管理的必要性。最后从6个方面对一食堂进行6S管理实施,以及总结食堂实施后的效果及存在的问题分析,为其他企业或机构提供了借鉴。一食堂在现场管理水平方面得到显著提升,使得食堂现场保持洁净、高效、安全、有序状态。

ABSTRACT:Site management is a business management focus, and also a difficulty. 6S activity as an efficient tool for the management field having been introduced home for many years, and in the manufacturing industry and service industry get good practice and demonstration. "6S" management is to build a competitive enterprises, the construction of first-class quality staff team, advanced management, the goal is to promote the enterprise image, improve the level of security, improve the quality of employees, improve work efficiency, and improve the executive power of enterprises and competitiveness. And the purpose of the implementation of "6S" management, is through trivial, simple movements, change people's behavior habits unconsciously, to achieve on-site management standardization, goods display, Reservoir management orderly, normalized safe management, establish a good safety culture of enterprise, make safety work from tangible to intangible management, promote the smooth realization of the goal company each work.

   Took Jiangnan university canteen as object, this paper carry out 6S management and improve the activities of applied research. Papers is on the basic theory of 6 s management method and application research, induction and summary, analysis of the experiences and lessons of 6 s management application. From the dining room site management present situation analysis and diagnosis, to import 6S activities of enterprises and promote the planning, implementation, relative to the implementation of 6S management system and the establishment of the system, canteen received a significant boost in terms of site management level.
