摘 要:蔬菜在中国农业生产中占有重要地位。在改革开放之后,中国蔬菜生产、流通和销售得到了长足的发展,已经成为世界上第一大蔬菜生产国和消费国,然而中国从蔬菜生产大国向蔬菜生产强国转型发展还面临着诸多亟待破解的难题。此外,随着物联网技术的出现与快速发展,其在各个领域中的应用越来越广泛。探究物联网技术在蔬菜供应链中的应用成为当今大家都在研究的重要课题。
本文通过大量查阅文献,在供应链和物联网相关理念和思维的指导下,运用相关理论,模型和方法,对如何构建基于物联网技术的蔬菜供应链展开了论述。论文首先对本文的研究背景、文献综述、研究内容和方法等进行了阐述,然后介绍和分析了本文的理论基础,对本文涉及到的物联网技术、供应链管理和蔬菜供应链的相关理论进行了介绍。然后对蔬菜供应链各流程和蔬菜供应链信息化建设情况进行简单分析和介绍。最后探讨了基于物联网技术的蔬菜供应链的构建目标和结构模型,对物联网技术在蔬菜供应链各个环节的具体应用进行了详细阐释,预计其将有利于对蔬菜的实时监控,预警和追溯,并有利于削减蔬菜供应链的牛鞭效应。
由上可见,本文所探讨的物联网技术在蔬菜供应链中的应用研究对于推动我国蔬菜产业的发展具有十分重要的现实意义,且具有很大的应用价值。

ABSTRACT:Vegetables occupy an important position in China's agricultural production. After the reform and opening up, China's vegetable production, distribution and sales have gone through a considerable development, and have become the world's first vegetable production and consumer country. However, in order to transform from a big vegetable production country to an important vegetable production country, China still faces many tough problems. In addition, with the emergence and rapid development of Internet of Things technology, it become more and more popular to apply Internet of Things technology in various fields. As a result, it become an important research topic to explore the application of Internet of Things technology in the vegetable supply chain..
Under the guidance of the relevant theories, models and methods in supply chain and Internet of Things technology, this paper discusses how to build a vegetable supply chain based on Internet of Things technology. Firstly, the research background, literature review, research content and methods are described. Secondly, this paper introduces some underlying theories including the theory of the Internet of Things technology, supply chain management, and vegetable supply chain. Thirdly, this paper presents a simple analysis of the vegetable supply chain processes. Finally, the paper discusses the target and structured model of a vegetable supply chain based on the Internet of Things, explains the specific application of the Internet of Things technology in all aspects of the supply chain of vegetables in details. The application of Internet of Things technology in vegetable supply chain is expected to be beneficial for real-time monitoring, early warning and traceablility of vegetables and is estimated to help cut bullwhip effect of vegetable supply chain.
Above all, the application of Internet of Things in vegetable supply chain discussed in this article is of great practical significance and quite widely practicality value for promoting the development of China’s vegetable industry.
