摘要：随着科学技术的不断发展，电子商务给国际贸易带来新的发展前景，但是也带来了弊端，例如在安全、税收、法律、物流、信息基础设施、企业信息化、人才及观念等方面存在很多问题，本文着重研究这些问题，并对这些问题的解决提出了一些具体的建议。

Abstract: With the continuous development of science and technology to bring new prospects for the development of e-commerce for international trade, but it also brings drawbacks, such as security, tax, legal, logistics, information infrastructure, enterprise information technology, talent and conceptsthere are many problems, this paper focuses on these problems, and solutions to these problems put forward some concrete proposals.

随着经济的快速发展和科学技术的突飞猛进，国际贸易的手段也在不断地更新。如今电子商务在国际贸易中的应用越来越广泛，给国际贸易带来了便利，使国际贸易的运作方式和管理方式等发生了巨大的变化，同时电子商务在国际贸易的运用中也出现了很多问题，如安全、法律等问题。本文在对电子商务含义的理解上，客观的分析了电子商务在国际贸易中的现状，通过电子商务在国际贸易中的优劣势，尤其是针对电子商务的不足之处提出了应对措施。
