摘要:21世纪以来我国农产品贸易增长迅速，正逐步迈向农产品贸易大国。但在农产品贸易连续增长的同时，国外对我国农产品设立的技术性贸易壁垒也呈现出增长的态势，中国农产品目前遇到的最大障碍不是关税壁垒,而是有关国家和地区针对食品安全、卫生标准等设置的技术壁垒。关注技术性贸易壁垒问题,分析中国农产品出口遭遇技术性贸易壁垒的原因,及时制定对策是非常必要的。所以本文就这一问题展开了探讨,深入剖析当前技术性贸易壁垒对我国农产品出口贸易造成的消极影响,并提出相应对策,有利于我国农产品出口贸易的发展和农产品出口竞争力的提高。本文从农产品出口现状和技术性贸易壁垒的概念出发，分析了技术性贸易壁垒的作用机理，结合我国农产品行业遭受技术性贸易壁垒的实际情况，对其影响进行分析，并就如何突破技术贸易壁垒，完善我国技术性贸易壁垒体系进行了研究。

Abstract：Since 21 century, China's agricultural trade has grown rapidly, But in agricultural product trade continuous growth, the foreign to China agricultural set up technical barriers to trade is also showing growth trend, China's agricultural products are not currently experiencing the biggest obstacle to tariff barriers, but the countries and regions for food safety, health standards set by technical barriers. It is proposes appropriate measures conducive to the development of China's agricultural export trade and increase the competitiveness of agricultural exports. In this paper, the status of agricultural exports and technical barriers to trade concept, analysis of technical barriers to trade mechanism, combined with China's agricultural sector suffered the actual situation of technical barriers to trade, analyze their impact, and how to overcome technical barriers to trade, improve our technical barriers to trade system has been studied.
