[摘要] 改革开放以来，我国的经济飞速发展，国家经济实力不断增强。但是经济的增长方式，还是工业化进程中的产业布局和产业结构，都存在着过分依赖自然资源、环境和资本的问题。低碳经济作为一种新型的经济发展模式，倡导低消耗、低排放，它符合科学发展观的要求，走可持续发展道路，为我国食品产业结构的升级和转型提供了一条新的更加有效的途径。发展低碳经济己经成为不可抗拒的世界经济发展潮流，我们要避免过度食品包装等高碳包装方式，努力探索更好的低碳包装形式。本文从低碳环境的大趋势下引入低碳经济的概念，从不同的角度分析低碳经济环境下，食品包装的变革，以及从经济、自然环境、政治法律各方面提出了对食品包装体系的优化理念。

[Abstract] Since the reform and opening up, China's economic is developing rapidly，the national economic strength has been continuously enhanced. But the economic growth mode, or in the development of product strategy and product structure in industry, there are overly depend on natural resources, the environment and the capital. Low carbon economy as a new economic development mode, advocate low consumption, low emission, It meets the requirements of scientific outlook on development, take the road of sustainable development，provides a new and more effective way for the food industry in china upgrading and transformation. This paper introduces the concept of low carbon economy from the trend of low carbon environmental conditions, from a different perspective of low carbon economy environment, food packaging changes. And from the aspects of natural environment, economic, political and legal proposes the optimization ideas on food packaging system.
