摘要：汇率是一国货币单位兑换他国货币单位的比率，是一个国家进行国际经济活动时最重要的综合性价格指标，在国际金融和国际贸易活动中执行着价格转换职能。鉴于汇率在国际贸易中的重要地位,以及目前人民币不断升值的现状和可能继续升值态势的巨大压力,本文从理论入手综述汇率对我国外贸的影响及效应；提出我国进出口贸易公司可以采取的应对人民币升值的措施。

Abstract: The exchange rate is the ratio of a country's currency units convertible currency units, is a country for international economic activity, the most important price index, the price conversion functions in international finance and international trade activities.
