摘要:电信运营企业正面临着包括外部环境巨变在内的前所未有的挑战:技术创新挑战、规模实力挑战、知识信息挑战、制度环境挑战、资源条件挑战、国外运营企业进入的挑战等等。运营企业自身发展的需要以及外部环境的要求,使其必须重视核心竞争力的培育、发展、提高。本文基于这样的背景,对电信行业运营企业竞争力进行了深入研究和探讨。
