摘要:随着国际经济一体化的不断发展，使着国际上崛起了一大批的新兴市场，地区性的贸易中心以及全球性的贸易中心逐步的形成的贸易网络正在逐步的覆盖整个世界。在现代社会的世界经济中，贸易的作用也是越来越重要，贸易已经逐步的成为世界上各个国家的经济发展中枢。随着贸易体系的不断发展，无论是贸易自身还是世界的发展需要，都加快了国际贸易中心的形成，国际贸易中心对一个国家的政治地位、经济地位都有着较大的影响，因此许多国家都在建设国际贸易中心，我国也不例外，选择了在上海建设国际贸易中心。本文将着重分析国际贸易中心建设背景下，跨国采购对零售业产生的影响。
本文通过对当前国内外在国际贸易中心的建设方面的文献进行研究，分析了当前我国上海国际贸易中心建设的现状及国际采购在上海的发展，并从国际贸易中心建设的大环境出发，探析了跨国采购对上海零售业发展产生的影响，并提出了一定的建设性意见。
