摘 要：上世纪80年代，我国进行经济体制改革并开始对外开放，经济快速发展，随之而来的是我国城市化的快速发展，大量农民放弃耕地进城务工而形成了数量众多的农民工群体，他们为我国的经济增长起了巨大的推动作用，但由于我国现阶段社会保障的二元性，城镇和农村分别进行、农村养老保障滞后甚至缺失、户籍制度、知识技能等原因的影响，使农民工这一弱势群体在城市生活中受到歧视，各种合法权利受到侵害，连最基本的养老保障都把他们排斥于门外。农民工为社会经济的发展做出了重大贡献，他们的合法权益受损这一现状将直接影响了我国现代化建设目标的顺利实现，因而越来越受到社会各界的重视。
本文以“城市化背景下农民工养老保障问题的探讨”为题，通过对现阶段我国城市化进程快速发展的背景下农民工养老保障进行阐述和分析，为此提出的对策是：改革户籍制度、建立跨区域流转机制、加强教育、增强农民工技能等。

ABSTRACT：Since the reform and opening up, along with the rapid development of urbanization in China, a large number of migrant workers and migrant workers form a large population of migrant workers, they are in for China's socialist modernization drive has made a significant contribution at the same time, but because of the present stage of social protection of duality, towns and rural areas respectively, missing even lagging rural old-age security, the impact of the household registration system, knowledge, skills, and other reasons, so that this vulnerable group of migrant workers are discriminated against in the city life, a variety of legal rights have been violated, even the most basic old-age security are not achieved. Migrant workers to social and economic development made a significant contribution to the damage to their legitimate rights and interests of the status quo will lead directly to the smooth realization of China's modernization goals, and thus more and more attention in the community.
In this paper, "explore the urbanization of migrant workers under the age security problem" in the title, countermeasures by the pension protection of migrant workers under the current situation of China's urbanization and problems at this stage of the analysis, for that is: the reform of the household registration system, establish inter-regional transfer mechanism, strengthen education, and enhance skills of migrant workers.
