摘要：我国的大学生助学贷款自1999年试行以来，己经有15年的历程，在缓解贫困大学生就学资金压力方面起到了一定的积极作用，但是由于大学生助学贷款属于无担保的信用贷款，使得大学生助学贷款在实施过程中凸现出很多问题。
本文的主要研究内容：首先介绍了大学生助学贷款的概念、特征，及实施大学生助学贷款的意义；其次通过大量的文献阅读和者数据调查，指出目前大学生助学贷款在政府政策、贷款学生、各高校和银行四个主体中主要存在的问题；最后，针对大学生助学贷款中存在的问题提出合理的解决建议。

ABSTRACT：China's national student loan pilot since 1999, has been 15 years of history, in alleviating the financial pressure on poor students studying has played a positive role, but because of college student loans are unsecured credit facility , making student Loan highlights many problems in the implementation process.
