摘要：民族地区镇域经济发展对缩小区域差距，促进民族均衡发展起着至关重要的作用。本文运用定性分析，对比分析的方法对鄂伦春自治旗的镇域经济问题进行研究，通过对镇域经济发展现状进行总结，结合鄂伦春自治旗经济发展中存在的问题，包括资本支撑不足、政策落实不到位、资源利用率较低多方面原因。最终在加强调整发展优势产业，注重资本积累，加强蓝莓、大豆等特色植物生长；融合鲜卑历史.狩猎文化促进旅游行业发展；加强招商引资，加强自身发展，实现区域内部小微企业自身发展；提高资源的利用效率，发展自主优势行业，加强资源的利用率，深度开发，拓展资源的使用方法；以及监督政策落实等方面提出了相关政策意见。
