摘要:采用电导率法快速检测样本中大肠杆菌数量来判断茶饮料中大肠杆菌是否超标。先建立了利用电导率法测定几种常见食品细菌总数的标准曲线,然后通过平行实验验证了电导率法快速检测食品细菌总数的重现性,再通过配对实验比较了电导率法与国标法测定结果符合率;结果统计出0.1>p>0.05,说明两种方法无显著差异;说明电脑率法是可以用来快速检测细菌总数的。

Abstract:Number of e. coli in rapid detection of samples by conductivity method to judge the excessive e. coli in the tea beverage.
