摘要:当今社会电子信息和互联网的飞速发展,不断地改变人们的生活,工作和学习;而随着管理信息化的发展,E化人力资源管理逐渐成为人力资源管理发展的新取向。企业实施E化人力资源管理可以提高管理效益,降低管理成本,同时还具有整合人力资源、优化企业决策等价值。目前,在我国企业的管理中,E化人力资源管理还是在起步阶段,在推行E化人力资源管理的过程中还存在许多问题。如人力资源管理者缺乏信息化管理的意识,网络存在的安全问题等等,都是困扰着企业推行E化人力资源管理建设的阻碍。为了加快E化人力资源管理的发展,企业必须更新管理观念,选取合适的人力资源管理软件,同时还要加强培训与学习,保障数据和信息安全等等。

Abstract:In the society on electronic information and the rapid development of the Internet, it have been changing people's life, work and study constantly. With the development of information management, E-HR gradually becomes the new orientation. E-HR can enhance management efficiency and reduce cost, also has the integration of human resources, optimizing enterprise decision-making, etc. In China, enterprises' E-HR is in the initial stage, E-HR process still exist many problems. Some factors are bothering enterprise implementation of human resource management of construction, as the consciousness of human resource managers lack of information management and the network security question and so on. To accelerate the development of E-HR, the enterprise must renew management idea, to select the suitable E-HR software and also strengthen the training and learning, the security of data and information security, etc. E-HR is a systematic engineering, with comprehensive, systematic, integrity, enterprise management etc, we should insist on all aspects of unified planning, unified investment, uniform standard, unified construction and working principle of unified management.
