摘要
随着我国高校高度的扩招和社会不断的发展,人才竞争不断的加剧,大学毕业生的就业形势日益严峻,就业压力就不断的增大。国内外研究表明,就业或择业压力是大学生心理压力的重要来源。本文通过应用刘小平所编制的问卷进行调查,探索XX学院毕业生就业压力的来源,同时测量其就业压力的水平,并对不同群体(民族、专业、性别、生源地、学生身份情况)的毕业生就业压力水平进行调查分析,从而探讨解决就业压力的建议。
本调查研究结果表明:
XX学院大学毕业生就业压力主要来自于职业素质与能力,社会竞争,自我认知模糊与心理预期不当,外界支持与帮助,专业性质与供求矛盾五个方面;XX学院大学毕业生就业压力处于中等水平;XX学院大学毕业生的就业压力在民族、专业、性别、生源地、身份方面存在着显著差异。

ABSTRACT
With the large number of enrollment in colleges and universities of China and continuous social development, and intensity of competition for talent, the employment situation of university graduates is increasingly severe, and employment pressure also increases. Domestic and foreign studies have shown that the employment or career stress is an important source of psychological stress. In this paper, we use the questionnaire prepared by the application of Liu Xiaoping to investigate, to explore the sources of Honghe university graduates’ employment pressures, to measure the pressure on employment levels, to investigate and analyze different groups (Ethnic, professional, gender, native place, Student status conditions) of graduates’ employment pressure level, to explore the proposal to solve the employment pressure.
This survey results show that:
Honghe university graduates employment pressure comes from the professional qualities and capabilities, social competition, vague of self-awareness and improper psychological expectations, external support and assistance, and professional nature of the contradiction between supply and demand;The employment pressure on graduates from Honghe University is in the middle level;There are significant differences for the employment pressure on university graduates in ethnic, professional, gender, students, land, identity.
